How can I search and filter my submitted online forms?

 If I have multiple applications in "my forms" how can I labeled them as to where they are in the process. For example, if I have three that are awaiting a home visit and two I'm waiting for responses from the applicant, is there anyway to keep them from being all in one group and make them into separate groups  so I will know what is needed on each one instead of having to open each application

      Lorraine,

      You can get this information by going to Features, then submitted forms.  Once there, select the search icon (looks like a magnifying glass).  Search for your name in assigned to, so it pulls up all your forms.  Once there, it tells you what steps your forms are in.  Hope this helps!
