I'd like to have one email message for Adoption Form submissions, a different one for Volunteer Form submission.  How can I do that?

I do this all the time.  You do that in the online form when you are setting up the form.  You can always change it at a later time.

Thanks for the quick respone Andie!  The Forms Submission content will appear on the site after applicant hits submit.  This same content will be sent to the applicant in an email after submission.  Is that correct?

How do I set the subject lines per Form email?  I see where I can set up a email message and assign to all Online Forms.  But the subject line that is actually sent isn't what I entered.  I only see the generic "Your online form submission" in the subject line

      >>would also be curious as to whether or not this is possible. We are migrating to using your forms service soon and we receive such a high volume of applications daily, this would be wonderful. I know it isn't possible to put the animal's name in the subject line, but even if we can put the form submission type, it'd be great. Any input, RG?

    Hi Emily,

You can customize the text for each individual form by going to Features > Online Forms and clicking the Edit icon for the form.

You will see the section:  Form Submission Comment.  The Form Submission Comment is the text that is emailed to the user when they submit the form.

    Thank you!
