When I try to login to my RescueGroups.org account using the Chrome browser, I get an error. Sometimes when I am able to login, I get an additional login screen trying to access my billing invoice.
Not being able to login from the Chrome browser is usually related cookie issues. Cookies are stored data that are meant to improve the speed of the browser by storing information for when you come back later. This can cause some issues with Chrome when trying to login, because the browser is storing data from your last session.
Sometimes when logging in successfully attempting to view your invoice, the invoicing system will request an additional login process. THIS IS NOT by design and is a bug with the invoicing system. You should be able to access the invoicing system directly from your RescueGroups.org without an additional login. We are working with the invoicing vendor to fix this, but it may also be related to stored cookie information.
One possible fix for this is to clear ALL site data from the Chrome browser. To do this, please follow this process: (this is for Chrome, but is similar to the process in other browsers)
