When I do a search for animals, many animals come back with their animalPictures array completely empty. This also happens for the animalVideoUrls array also. I'm not sure if I'm going to use videos at this point, so my main focus is the animalPictures array.  Because the array is empty, I have several animals that have no pictures being loaded on the page I created for them.  I don't know how to work around this issue.  I looked it up online and it says that if I'm receiving an empty array from my HTTP post, then it's coming from the server-side.

Why is this happening?

      Hi Angelina,

There are a couple reasons this could occur, but most often is because the array is actually empty.  If you would like to send us a support ticket, we can look more closely at what is happening.  Please include the name of an animal with an empty image array and the organization it is at.

      Thanks!

        Hi Andie,

There's a lot of animals that have empty picture and video arrays. I'll submit a support ticket with a few animals.

        Thanks.

        Angelina
