How do I change who a submitted form is attached to?

Our volunteer was filling out a form for an adopter and now the form is attached to volunteer, not the adopter.  How do we change that?

      Unfortunately at this time, there is no way to change who the form is attached to.  This occurs when the volunteer is logged in and checks the box to "updated my saved contact info."  Volunteers should not check this box if entering the data for an adopter or potential adopter.

      The correct way to enter an Online Form for another is this:

      1. Create a login for the person and login as them to complete the form. OR
      2. Use the Submit a Form button from Manage > Features > Submitted Forms. OR
      3. Use the Online Form on your partner website but do NOT check the option to "Yes, update my saved contact info"

      The only way to correct it after the fact at this time is to redo the form using one of the above methods.  However, because this happens on occasion, we have created a New Feature request in our issues tracking system known as JIRA to allow Site Admins to be able to change the field for whom the form belongs to.
