How do I get deleted adoption applications from showing in the list of submitted applications?  I've marked their status as "deleted", but they are still in the list. I tried creating a filter, but the status "deleted" is not a choice.

      (Sorry - yes, poorly worded.  "Get" should be "prohibit".)  I do not want deleted forms to show in the dataview.  The default dataview doesn't show them, but it also does not contain other things that I do want to see.  So I created a new dataview.  However, it is not apparently not possible to edit created dataviews to not display deleted forms.  If I use the default dataview, as I said, the delete forms are hidden, but it doesn't show the info I would like to see.   (Also, how to I get alerts that someone has responded to a question I post here?)

        Patty,

        Please check your datatable "Current View".

        If the View is set to "All Statuses", please change that to "Default".

         

        If you continue to have further issues, please open a support ticket and we will look at this further.

          Hi Patty,

          Are you trying to view Deleted Forms?  Or are they showing in a list where you do not want them appearing?  Apologies, but I am confused by the wording of the question.

          To view forms that have been deleted, you would access them through the Data Recovery option (an option available to Site Admin roles).  You can find this by going to Services > Account Administration > Data Recovery. You can select forms you want there if you need to review the information and choose the option to Set as Completed.

          You can use the Completed status as a filter view in your forms.
