Why can't we upload a pdf document from Chrome for the email marketing letters?

   Hi Cathy,

   There are settings in individual browsers that can cause varying issues that don't occur in other browsers or for other users using the same browser.  The best way for us to help diagnose an issue that is specific to a browser is to open a support ticket, so that we can go over the settings individually with you.  Since the issue is unlikely to be affecting a large group of users, it's best to have a support ticket open so we can provide you more one-on-one assistance.
