When sharing site, how do I change the preview image?

How do you select which image is the default when share a site on social media? I'd like the logo to show up and not just the first image on the page. See example: 

We don't want the header image to show. Any ideas besides removing the header image? Thank you.

      Deb,

      1. Login to your account at RescueGroups.org, click the Login button.
      2. Next go to Website > Settings
      3. Under Meta Settings, Use Logo Image, select an image that is at least 600px x 600px wide.
      4. Click Save Settings.
