Why am I not able to select on of my contacts to assign a form to her?

I am trying to assign someone to a submitted form and it isn't finding any of our contacts.

How do I assign the form to her?

      Go to your Contact.

      Edit the contact record.

      Be sure that the volunteer you would like to assign the form to, has the following contact Group checked: Volunteer
