Why are my animal header and footer not exporting to adoption sites?

I have information in our "footer" for the animal information, but cant figure out how to make it appear on the animal's information when it is exported out to our website and adoption sites like adopt-a-pet.

      1. Login to your account at RescueGroups.org, click Login at the top of the screen.
      2. Go to Animals > Exports > Settings
      3. Make sure that the Animal Description Header and Footer Exports are enabled.
        1. Include the Animal Description Header in the animal description: Yes
        2. Include the Animal Footer in the animal description: Yes
      4. At the bottom of the page, click Save
