How and can I change the logo that displays

I can't seem to find where to change the small image that displays at the tab of each page as well as the Logo that displays when I give out website online. Where are those settings?

      Patty, 

      Your organization is using layout #106.

      To change the logo:

      1. Go to RescueGroups.org and click on the Login button at the top of the page.
      2. Click on Website > Logo
      3. Upload a new logo. The image must be a jpg.
