It's possible the organization added in some customization's.
While we do not currently have responsive layouts, we are working on this. I do not have an ETA.

I saw yesterday a local rescue who also uses RG has set up their website to be mobile-friendly. It looked great. But the person showing me (with that rescue) had no clue how it was done. How do we set up our website to be mobile-friendly, please? Right now, it looks terrible on mobile devices, with half the screen missing, etc. Thanks.
Hi Michelle - My rescue group (SVPP) will sign up for the beta testing. we also have a volunteer who is very experienced in mobile apps. If rescue groups needs help we would love to collaborate with you on this. Let me know

How are we 5 years in and still no mobile friendly solutions?
It's been almost 8 years and still not mobile friendly? I saw one website that is however mobile friendly. How do we do this??????
