I get an error when trying to get the PDF version of an Online Form

When I click on the icon to get a PDF version of our Online Form, I get an error that says:  "We experienced an error and cannot continue."

      This error is caused by code that may be in your form introduction.  

      To look for code that could be causing this issue, go to Features > Online Forms and select the form that is giving the error.  Click the option that says:  "View and update the form introduction here."  You can choose to look at the source code of the introduction by clicking the Source button on the editor.

      Look for links to third party websites or non-standard HTML code.  If you cannot find the offending code, please create a Support Ticket and we can help you find the specific line that prevents the PDF from being created.
