I am trying to change the email address for one of our volunteers.  When I go to user login accounts> edit> email address and put her new email address in, I get an error message saying it is an invalid email address.  Why?  And what do I need to do to correct the problem?  Thanks!

    I tried it again and the email address was accepted that time.  I have no idea why it wouldn't go through before or why it went through this last time, but all's well that ends well, I suppose!

    Hi Deborah,

    There are a couple reasons this can occur.  One being that the email address is in the wrong format and two, that the email address is already in use.

    Can you open a support ticket by clicking this link:  Open a Support Ticket  and we can look more specifically at what the issue is in regards to this particular email address.

      Make sure there is no leading or trailing space
