How to have adoption form application alerts be sent to fosters directly?

   Volunteers can specify to receive alerts on forms where they are listed as the foster.  To enable this feature, see this article in the User Guide:  User Form Submission Alert Settings

   Please note that the Submitted Form is identified as belonging to a pet (and therefore a specific caretaker/foster) by the answer to the Available Animals question on your application. So, the alert would go to the foster only if the applicant had selected their foster animal on the application.
