where is the "footer menu" ?

At the bottom of our website there is a Donate button and i would like to modify that.  I cannot find it anywhere.  If i inspect the html it is in a div called footer menu but i cannot find it anywhere.  Thanks for your help

      Tracy,

      Your organization is using layout 109.

      With layout 109 you can add menu items that will appear at the bottom of your site using Menu Level 3.
