What is the simplest way to give an existing volunteer permissions to my account?

   First, it's really important that you know if the person already has a Login with your account.  If so, if you know the User name they are using, you can save a lot of time and headache.

   Here are the instructions if you know the person's User name:

   1. Click Contacts > User Login Accounts.
   2. Look for the person's User name in the list.  If you need to search for it, click the Search icon (magnitying glass) and enter the user name in the search box.
   3. Once you find the correct person and User name, click the user name.
   4. Click Roles at the top.
   5. Click Grant a Role to this User.
   6. Select the Role you want to grant from the drop down and click Save User Role
   7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to grant multiple roles.
