Is anyone using PoundWishes?

I am wondering if anyone is using PoundWishes.  I logged into my account (had to be sent a different password - the RG account password does not work to get you into your PW account) and have noticed some things that are not what PW has said they are, in the multiple emails they have sent out.  Is anyone using PW?  What do you think?

      Patty,

      I understand that you have concerns regarding your adoptable pets not being up-to-date on their website, and also some things related to accessing your account.  I've sent those items over to them, and I'm sure they will resolve them quickly.
