Here is how to add a link to the page and customize what the visitor sees:
- Edit your webpage.
- Add some text to the page that you would like a visitor to view and click on. Example "Click here to fill out a TNR Assistance Form."
- Select the text you added to the page.
- Click on the link icon in the page editor.
- Select the form from the link list. Tip - forms are toward the top of the link list.
- Save your Page.
Tip: It's always best to use a long-tail keyword in your link text, like "Click here to fill out an adoption application" rather than just "click here".

So I'm creating some online forms. However, when I put the link on my webpage it comes up with it's random name (/forms/form?form id 8798) and obviously it doesn't look professional. Is there a way for me to change the names of the links so they reflect what they are ie TNR Assistance Form, Memorial Donation Form when they are pasted to my web page? Any assistance would be appreciated.
