Hi Patty,
Yes. If you send us an updated version of your contract, we can upload the new contract for you and incorporate additional blank fields for you to add text.
If you want to be able to edit those fields on the second page, you may want to get a full version of Adobe pdf to do that. You may be able to purchase a copy at Tech Soup: http://www.techsoup.org/, or you can at Adobe's website.

We currently have our adoption contract on pdf with you. It has 2 pages with the second page being blank, is it possible to have lines on the second page that we can type into? We would use this for any caveats to our contract. I.e puppies being picked up on a certain date. etc.
