We recently made the transition to using petstablished for all of our record keeping/data management. I was able to export our pet list, contacts, & adoptions list and had them imported into our petstablished account. Our data management subscription has since expired and we are no longer able to access journal entries or files for any of our pets, which means we are now missing a lot of important medical/treatment details as well as adoption contracts and other records/documents that were scanned. Is there a way to gain access to journal entries and files so that we can print them for our files?
