How do I hide contact lists from users

I have a volunteer that I want to be able to upload pictures for animals, but nothing else. Whenever I add Animal Picture User role to this volunteer, she can also see our contact lists including Volunteers and Donors. How do I prevent her from seeing these contact lists?

      Becky,

      We are planning to improve our Roles and permissions so that you can grant access at a more granular level.  Right now, regrettably, you cannot block read access to the basic data, including contacts and animals.
