We just created an adoption application online form and did a test run, but we see that it does not populate any areas of the contact. It just created a new contact, but nothing was populated. We thought that by using the online form through this database, it would be able to populate the contact on the form right into our database. Is this not the case?

      I'm not sure if you are saying that it didn't create the Contact, or if it did create the Contact but the information was blank?

      You have the option to have the system automatically create a Contact for you when a Submitted Form is received.  By default that option is disabled, and you have to view the Submitted Form and click the link to add/merge the person from the Submitted Form into your Contacts.

      If that's not happening the way you would expect I would ask that you open a support ticket so we can troubleshoot the issue.
