Follow up reminder to adopters

How can I set a reminder to do a follow up after an adoption is complete? I tried to set up a journal reminder under my own name to see if I would get the reminder but I did not.

      Using a Journal reminder is a good idea for this, especially since when you create the Adoption, a Journal entry is created automatically.  You can set the Journal reminder on that Journal entry.

      You said you didn't receive an email alert for the reminder - that is a problem that our support would want to look into.  Could you please open a support ticket regarding that issue?
