Would it be possible to make the "lead" field flexible for the user to add a value? And possibly a separate field for "adoption location"?
We currently have two different Petsmarts that we work out of and would like to track adoptions and leads separately for each store to evaluate where best to send our volunteers, invest in special events, etc.. When we used our Excel workbook, we actually had "lead" and "adoption location" as different fields so we could track Petfinder, Adopt-a-Pet.com, etc. separately from walk-ins.

I can't believe no advances on this have been made since 2015. You don't have the newest social media apps in there as an option either. We get a lot of traffic from Instagram for example, and can't track that. This is very unhelpful.
