Our adoptions require Reference Checks.  Is there a place in RG to send emails to those individuals and track their responses regarding the applicant?  I see that we can email the applicant under Submitted Forms but we cannot change the recipient in this field.  Is there another place for this and if so can we send an attachment with questions or create a standard template?

      Hi Carol,

      For this I would recommend communicating with them via email using your normal email client, and combine with the Steps feature in the Online Forms to track where you are in the process of managing the form.

      You could assign the form to another volunteer to follow up on the form at specific stepts, then assign the form to another volunteer a different step - they will get alerts. Alternatively you can create a custom data table view with a filter set to those steps to bring up the forms at specific steps you want to see.

      Example:

      Step, sent email requesting references

      Step: received references

        Thanks Michelle, we usually have 1 screener do all the steps for that particular application and Reference Checks is set up as one of our steps, we were just hoping to have everything tracked in RG in regards to correspondence otherwise others who are looking for an update on status cannot see the correspondence unless you cut and paste it in as a comment.
