Can we add multiple emails to 'CC' for 'Contact Applicant' function?

We use the 'Contact Applicant' feature to email approval notices and would like to cc more than one volunteer.

      Right now the Contact Applicant feature sends an email to just the one person.

      We've added this request to our tracking system, and it is linked below.
