Can we add "Barn Home" to the status field?

We occasionally place semi feral cats in barn homes and like to follow up.  Rather than mark them as adopted (which is how I'm doing it now), it would be nice for reports to be able to pull out barn cats we've placed.

      Kathy, would the barn cats be considered "released"?  I'm trying to think what the reporting status should be – if the cats are free to come and go, they probably should be marked as released.

        Thanks for the response. I was actually planning on using "released" for what I have in my former (excel) database as "returned to colony." We also have "returned to owner" primarily used for tracking peoples' pets that we send out for spay/neuter, but occasionally we are able to reunite cats as well. "Barn home" is what we use when we have a cat that is not adoptable but we don't know where he or she came from, so we can't just release into a colony. I might be able to use "free roaming" and create a contact in the transferred field?

        What about using "Relocated" in the status field?
