How can I make the favicon that I uploaded via Website Settings to show on the website?

How do you make a favicon show?  I uploaded the image via Website Settings.

      Ok - I uploaded it again via Website Settings, and now it is showing.  I must not have waited long enough or the image upload was faulty the first time.

        Is there a reason it shows so differently in different browsers ?

          Lori, I'm not sure what you mean by differently. Different web browsers show the favorites icon in different places, but it should be the same icon. If you're still having a problem let us know. You might want to open a support ticket.

        Lori, once it's configured, your web browser would have to go and get the image and display it.  I've noticed that can be unpredictable at times, so maybe it just took a few refreshes for your web browser to display it.
