Emily, thanks for your post. I think it would be difficult for us to support custom Intake and Outcome types because of the dependencies with reporting. The current Intakes and Outcomes are tied closely to the Asilomar reports, which are also very similar to the Maddie's Fund reporting requirements.
We'd love to hear from you if you have specific information on how we could support Missing/Stolen or other Outcome statuses and still meet the reporting requirements for both Maddie's Fund and Asilomar.
We've added a request to our tracking system to add a way to track Missing/Stolen animals, and it is linked below.

The current outcome types do not provide a decent solution for us to identify lost or stolen cases. If RescueGroups could add a Missing or Lost Outcome type, it would really help us track these cases more carefully as well as create more accurate reports.
It would be even cooler if RG gave us the ability to create custom Intake or Outcomes types in general so that we could adjust them ourselves as our needs change.
