Our applications often include two individuals who are adopting an animal together.  The contact form currently only allows the information for one individual.  In addition to my previous request for allowing two first and two last names, it would be great to have fields (much like the existing 'email' and 'alternate email') for Primary cell phone number and Secondary cell phone number since people have separate cell numbers, and frequently no 'home' number. We are currently dumping the second cell number into the 'home' field, but it would be nice to have a second field for the co-adopter's cell number.

I agree because we have both primary and secondary adopters, and also ask for a friend/relative phone in case the dog is found and we can't reach the owners.  For now, we put all of the extra information in the comment box, but having a secondary, or alternate, contact would be ideal.

I agree. It would be so helpful.

I agree, most of our primary contacts, especially adopters and fosters have a secondary person/coapplicant. Putting the info in the comments block is often overlooked. Also if it were added as fields then the info could also be used on contracts and forms.
