How can I complete the Google domain name ownership verification using a TXT entry?

My domain name's DNS is pointing to the RescueGroups.org DNS servers.  How can I add a TXT record so that I can complete the Google Domain Name ownership verification?

      You can send RescueGroups.org support the information concerning the TXT record that Google needs you to add.  We will add the entry to your DNS for you.

      In the future we plan to add a full DNS management feature so you can do this yourself.
