Is there an animal field for heartworm status?

We are currently using the special needs field to indicate if a dog is heartworm positive. It would be ideal if there was a heartworm status field that we could select as a required field and be able to include the field in custom reports.

      IMHO, the best place to answer this information is in the journal.  We keep all our medical and behavior info there...vaccination, s/n status, hw status, vet comments etc.  You can also set the journal to remind you when a vaccination is due...particularly handy for young puppies, kittens.
