Is it possible to generate a report containing all submitted responses to an online form that includes a non-standard field?

Is it possible to generate a report, view or a downloadable table containing all submitted responses to (a) an online form such as a volunteer application or (b) a specific custom form question (other than the standard contact/animal fields)? Thank you!

      Currently, there is no way to report on submitted form answers. This feature request is in our system and you can vote for this feature request on this JIRA here:
