Facebook Issue with Location

On Facebook, the pets are showing a location of Schenectady, NY...and our org in in Costa Rica. I have checked all location on the site but cannot figure out where this NY location is originating. Any suggestions?

      Susan, the city/state is taken from the zip code of the location selected for the animal, or if no location is selected for the animal, the zip code of the organization is used.  In your case the city matches the zip code of the animal's location.
