Is the code snippet listed as Amazon Badge for Amazon Smile or the regular site?  If not do you have custom code to add an Amazon smile button to our web site?

Do we need to enable Amazon on the affiliates page and what is the Amazon tag that is asked for?

thanks very much

Vicki, the Amazon Affiliate is actually the Amazon Affiliate program, which is not very common.  You can create a Custom Code Snippet for Amazon Smile and use that on your web page.  You wouldn't need to do anything with the existing Amazon Affiliate.
