We have a lot of available animals, and some of the names may be duplicates or at least similar.  It would be nice if the form type provided more information, such as species and maybe the animal's summary field.

It would also be super nice if there were a way to only list the available animals for one species at a time (Available-Cats, Available-Dogs, etc), or if there were some related form field where the species could be separately specified but still filter the list of animals available.

Mario, I'm not certain if you are talking about the animal list in your Manage account, or on your public website?

Sorry, here's more detail:  I'm trying to build our adoption forms, and currently, the most we seem to be able to do is to have a single pulldown which lists ALL our animals.  This list is not only long, but not detailed enough (for example, we may have several dogs with the name "Daisy", or even a dog and cat with the same name, like Scarlet).

Ideally, we'd like to have the potential adopter indicate first the species (Cat/Dog) and then be presented with a list of either just cats or just dogs, with more than just the animal name as the pulldown menu.  You can look at our current adoption form at Adoption Form to see how confusing that is.  We could take some extreme measures to uniquify each animal's name, but that will be a lot of work, and I think other rescues could benefit from such features.  I'm not sure how easy they would be to develop, though.  However, a pulldown that lists the animal's name, breed and the summary should be pretty easy to do, right?
