There is no way to enter a found animal other than "stray pic up"?  That intake requires that the person who picked up the animal be entered already and be a volunteer?  What if they are not a volunteer?  Just someone who found the dog and called us for help?

This is beyond frustrating.....

      Patty, there are a few ways you can enter an Intake for strays – Stray Drop Off and Stray Pickup.

      The intention is that Stray Drop Off would typically be a member of the public.  You can even use the Anonymous contact in case you don't know the person's information.

      For Stray Pickup, the Pickup By would be a member of your organization that performed the pickup, and the Found By could be the person that placed the call to your organization.  You also have the Anonymous contact you can use.
