We don't have a way to change who the reminder alert/email goes to.
We have added a new field to the Journal Entries called Due Date, so you could run a report on Due Date to keep track of things like vaccines, etc.
But I don't think that's exactly what you are looking for.
I think that you might be interested in an option to select who receives the reminder alert? For example, the foster/caretaker, a specific person (like a coordinator, etc)? I've added this request to our tracking system, and it is linked below.

What do you recommend as the best solution to adding reminders, say for booster vaccines, etc. for animals. Using the journal entries sends a reminder to the person that is entering the journal, but it would be wonderful if there was a way to send a reminder to the caretaker/foster home to ensure vet appt. or vaccines are not missed.
