How do I make my website and the Management website Responsive?

So far I have enjoyed almost everything rescuegroups system has to offer and have VERY few complaints ..... But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE create a web template that is responsive to cell phones, tablets, iPads etc. 

and a rescuegroups responsive website or phone app for intaking animals on the fly. We are a foster based program and this option would be great. 

this day and age people do so much internet work and searching from their phones. If a website is not responsive I personally pass it up.
