Where can I enter vetting costs?

We do primarily surrender prevention.  We cover costs for owned animals, so they can stay with their families.  Where can we enter the costs we incur on the animals we assist?

      We use the journal entry option at the dog level.  We set up the various standard procedures first, and add the ad hoc ones as needed.

        Ann, exactly what report do you use? I've looked and I don't see one that includes the vet costs..... Thanks for you help.

        We're also non profit, but the spend on RG data management is minimal relative to the value it gives us and the time it saves.  Well worth it. Don't forget that you can also apply for a grant from RG as well that could potentially lower your cost even more.

          The Animal Journal is available only with the Data Management and Website services.  Ok, well, we've been considering it..... Just want to be SURE before we agree to pay.  (Non-profit money is tight and precious.)
