I have several volunteers that manage our regional events. What permissions do I need to grant to them in order for them to be able to download the kiosk app as well as the animal details?
They are not part of the animal admin team, thus shouldn't have access to that segment.
We have in past printed binders of our adoptables but would like to migrate to laptops and tablets.

Ann, the information that is downloaded into the Kiosk is from the public API. I don't believe that any permission is required to use the Kiosk.
The pet kiosk instructions page appears to be password protected and people with animal admin access are the only ones able to access it. I was giving out the link to the kiosk instruction page: https://manage.rescuegroups.org/kiosk. Unfortunately our volunteers with only volunteer permission, who handle many adoption events for us, cannot access it. Can this be fixed?
Shari, I don't see why this couldn't be changed to Volunteer, since the information that is downloaded by the Kiosk is public anyway.
