What service should I use to export pets?

The organization I foster for has a robust website. However, the one thing it's lacking is a data feed/syndication to the other websites. We have a volunteer that uses the free services, but it's lacking efficiency and can get overwhelming. Does rescuegroups have an option to add a data feed to websites, or something similar where the responsibility of cross posting and updating doesn't fall on a volunteer? Not sure if this falls under web hosting?
