If one online form for multiple animals how do I connect both animals to one form?

I would like to use one online form for people to adopt 2 kittens and have that form submitted and attached to BOTH kittens, currently, it only attaches to the first kitten and there is no way to attach the form to the second kitten. Also when I process the adoption, all of the fields on the Kittens profile, ie fee do NOT auto populate, why? Additionally, when I connect siblings that are adopted together I have to do this for BOTH siblings.  Thank you all for your help!

      Thank you so very much, Michelle! I have created a request for this feature and hope that we can garner support! I understand that adoptions are created for each cat, however, if I go into relationships for one cat ie "Fluffy" and add adopted with sibling ie "Tabby"  and indicate that they have Fluffy has been adopted with sibling Tabby, I ALSO have to go into Tabby and indicate that Tabby has been adopted with Fluffy. The program does not automatically create the relationship for cat #2.

        Lisa,

        At this time a form can only be connected to a single animal. However, this is certainly something we could consider in a future update. You may want to add this as a feature request or vote on an existing request.

        How can I submit a feature request or idea for an improvement to the RescueGroups.org services?

        For specific help with the adoption fee question, please open a support ticket so we can take a look at your account and check your settings. 

        An adoption is added for each cat regardless of their relationship.
