How do you upload an image for use in online form?

Greetings:

I would like to add an image to an online form. I see the option to select an image from the image list. How do I add images to the library so they appear in the image list?

      Cindy,

      The Online Forms Service does not include support for adding images to the form itself.

      You can add an image to the Form Introduction.

      It's possible you may not have the appropriate permissions or service level to upload images to your account.

        Under website you find images. Upload there

          Thank you Marcia! I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. I don't see an Images option under Website. Perhaps the ability to see that option requires "Image User" or "Image Admin" privileges.
