Alana,
When adding/editing text in an animal description, you may want to avoid using formatting. You can click "Source" to view the HTML that text has been added to see if there are any fonts, sizes, colors, span tags, padding or margins.
For example:
- Petfinder does not allow any HTML in the animal descriptions. Any HTML will be removed from the pet descriptions.

Often times when we type text in the animals>edit>description the test will show up much differently on the website than it appears in the description window. I understand that we can preview the description by using the preview button in the top left. I also understand that there can be differences in the way the test is read by different systems. But when it transfers in a way we don't like we very often cannot figure out a way to look how we want it. There is very often lots of spacing issues. Is there any way to correct this issue?
