We do a monthly newsletter. I need to add the e-mails of the newest people who have registered on our site to Mail Chimp. There’s no easy way of identifying them. I have to download the entire spreadsheet of contacts and then sort them to find the newest addition. It used to be that the newest ones were added to the bottom of the spreadsheet, so they were easy to find. Is there a way of find the newly registered users more easily and quicker? Thank you!
We have a current Improvement Request in our issues tracking system, known as JIRA to address this issue. You can find that request here:
Add option to pull contact data on report by "created date"
This Improvement would allow contact reports to be pulled by the date they were created in the system, which we believe addresses what you are looking for. You can watch, comment, and vote on this issue by logging into the JIRA system, using the same username and password that you use for this Question and Answer system.
