Form Submission contact email subject

I would like to be able to specify fields to include in the subject of a form submission email. We have different coordinators that handle different species and it would be helpful to include the species, name and birthdate of the animal in the subject line of the email that gets sent.

      Hi Gerri,

      There is an open Improvement Request in our issues tracking system known as JIRA to include additional data in the subject field of the Submitted Form email.  You can view that Improvement Request here:
