I agree. This type of functionality is expected.

I just split it up into two questions. Groups is handy, too and I just discovered them after 15 years.

Has anything been done to address this? The question is six years old and still no option for conditional questions?
Example: Do you rent or own?
- Condition: Own: no further questions
- Condition: Rent: Additional questions:
- Name of landlord
- May we contact landlord?
Any suggestions on how to address this need on online forms?
Thanks

I switched from jotform which had conditional formatting.
It would be extremely useful.

Agreed. I have been trying to figure this out as we would like to make veterinarian information required if a foster applicant says they have resident animals, but do not need it if they say no. Same for rentals.

We would love it if the Forms had the ability to use Conditional formatting. For example, if there are 4 options in a list, but the user feels that their answer doesn’t fit neatly into one of thos categories, have an ”Other” option that would open a short free-form text block for them to explain their answer. Would also be useful in cases when a particualr answer would need more information, but which we don’t want to clutter our form unless the person answers a certain way. This feature would provide user with the ability to have a conditional link between questions, and we could select which answers would open which conditional ’secondary’ question(s).
