You can track where the animal came from in the Intakes feature of the Data Management service. The Asilomar Report does not include specific information - only summary/total information for each category. Currently we have not finished the reporting feature for the Intakes/Outcomes tracking, so there is no way to get a detailed report with where an animal came from. This is coming soon, however.

We desperately need this info and should be able to report on it since it's a field in the intake form...
I've opened two tickets about it in the past four days and have not received any response about it.

It's be 3.5 years since they said it is "coming soon".
I just opened a support ticket for this and was given a link to vote on a feature request. I would suggest we all go in and vote for this feature:

I would like to be able to view a report on where an animal ”transferred in” from, specifically which animal control facility or rescue we pulled the animal from. We would like to be able to track how many animals we pull from certain animal control facilities and rescues. We enter the information in the intake area, but I don’t see a report for this. Thank you!!
Did you ever figure this out? We need to include where our animals were transferred from to a report... not an option as far as i can see
The Asilomar Advanced Animal Statistics Report gives some information on intakes but I am also trying to list from which organization/facility came our animals.
Anyone know the answer?
Right now we do not have a report that includes Received From. We are still working on the Intakes/Outcomes reporting capability.
Is there any plans to complete reports for intakes and outcomes so a report can include information such as
Animal Intake Date Coalition Member Y/N
Animal Outcome Date, Coalition Member Y/N
We are legally required to report to Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services on our yearly numbers. We must report the follwing:
Animal Intakes Categories: Stay, Seized, Bites Cases, Surrendered by Owner, Recieved from Instate Releasing Agencies, Received from Out of State Agnecies.
Animal Outcome Categories: Reclaimed by Owner, Adopted, Transferred to Instate Releasing Agency, Transferred to Out of State Releasing Agency, Died in Facility, Euthanized, *Misc
Right now we use Coalition Member Y to track animals received/transferred in state and Coalition Member N to track animals received/transferred out of state. However, we can not run a report to correct the information incorrectly tracked when the Asilomar Report is showing the wrong numbers. They only option we have is to go through each and every intake and confirm it's entry.
I will add, as part of our legal report we must also include a listing of all instate facilities to Department of Agriculture in conjunction with our numbers.
